Refund policy
At FTF, your happiness is important to us! Within 30 days of having placed your order, all full-priced, unworn items in their original packaging are eligible for an exchange.
While we can't swing returns, we're totally on board with swapping out stuff that isn't a perfect fit in terms of size or shade. Because our goodies are of the delicate variety, items need to be fresh out of the box, untouched by wear or water, and cozy in their original packaging.
