To extend the life cycle of your FTF undies, we recommend hand washing; however, if you’re a girl-on-the-go, you can machine wash, by following these 3 easy steps:
- Pre-treat as needed. Place your undies into a mesh lingerie bag to protect them from rough fabrics & fasteners.
- Wash on delicate cycle in warm water.
- Do not tumble dry. Instead, line dry your undies or use a drying rack.

- All orders placed during the presale campaign are expected to ship no later than October 25th.
- At FTF, your happiness is important to us! Within 30 days of having placed your order, all full-priced, unworn items in their original packaging are eligible for an exchange.
- While we can't swing returns, we're totally on board with swapping out stuff that isn't a perfect fit in terms of size or shade. Because our goodies are of the delicate variety, items need to be fresh out of the box, untouched by wear or water, and cozy in their original packaging.
